PBDTF Snapshot: 17 arrests, quantities of narcotics seized

During the last quarter of 2020, agents from the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force arrested 17 people and placed eight kids in protective custody.

According to the fourth quarter snapshot, 1.3 kilograms of methamphetamine, 126 grams of heroin and fentanyl, 195 pills, 185 doses of LSD plus over one pound of marijuana were seized as the result of these investigations.

These busts took place in Bemidji, Cass Lake, International Falls, Park Rapids and rural areas of Beltrami and Hubbard counties.

The Task Force is a collaborative effort between Beltrami, Cass, Hubbard and Koochiching counties, the cities of Bemidji, International Falls and Park Rapids, and tribal police departments in White Earth and Leech Lake.

Citizens can submit tips anonymously through the Task Force tip website or through Crime Stoppers.
