Pillager woman injured in motorcycle crash

MOTLEY– A Pillager woman was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in rural Motley Sunday.

According to a release from the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the scene to find that a Harley Davidson motorcycle struck a deer, causing the driver to lose control and go off into the trees.

The 68-year-old male driver, also of Pillager, was treated on scene and transported to a Brainerd Hospital.

The passenger, the Pillager woman, was treated on scene and then transported to a Twin Cities hospital via air care with serious injuries.
