WALKER– A South Dakota man was sentenced yesterday to probation for distributing sexual material to a child.

According to a release from the Cass County Attorney, 33-year-old Clint Brian Holler pleaded guilty to the charge, and in addition to probation, he must have no unsupervised contact with children under the age of 16 and must register as a predatory offender for ten years.

According to the complaint, Holler exchanged numerous text messages of a sexual nature with an undercover officer. The officer said that “she is just 15 years old” and Holler continued sending the texts. Upon arriving in Walker to meet the undercover officer, he was arrested.
