Race down the Mississippi: Group of paddlers vying to top the Guinness World Record

Scott Miller of Minneapolis is leading a crew down the Mighty Mississippi in an effort to top the Guinness World Record.

Todd Foster, the lead advisor and support member for the team, explained that this is Scott’s second attempt to beat the record of 17 days, 19 hours and 46 minutes.

The team is expected to pass through Lake Bemidji at approximately 6:55 p.m. today.
