Fifteen scholarships are available for students currently enrolled in a law enforcement program.
According to a release from Beltrami County Sheriff Ernie Beitel, the Minnesota Sheriff’s Association’s annual scholarship program will issue up to 15 $2,000 scholarships to students enrolled in a POST Skills program, in their second year of a two-year law enforcement program, or in their third or fourth year of a four-year criminal justice program.
Students meeting these criteria can pick up a scholarship application form from the law enforcement center or from mnsheriffs.org.
