Search called off for missing Itasca County man

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension announced today that a search for a missing Itasca County man has been called off.

According to a release, 39-year-old Timothy Dasovich was found deceased on Sunday, Sept. 20.

Dasovich was last seen in Nashwauk on Sept. 14, and may have been in possession of an electric pedal fat tire bike.

The Itasca County Sheriff’s Office thanks everyone who assisted with the search.
