A Risk Level 3 sex offender is moving to the Bemidji area next week.
According to a fact sheet, 57-year-old Chris Allen Sours will move to the 600 block of 4th St. NW in Bemidji.
Sours’ last crime in Beltrami County was domestic assault, but the registered offender status appears to stem from crimes in Michigan.
Per the fact sheet, “Sours engaged in sexual contact against two known female children, and used his established relationship of trust to exploit unmonitored access.”
Sours is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentences imposed on him by the court.
