The Cass County Sheriff’s Office made a series of arrests Monday related to a drug investigation.
According to a release, a traffic stop in Pine River led to the arrest of one passenger, 43-year-old Theresa Mead of Pine River, for violating the terms of her probation.
Another passenger, 49-year-old William Smetana, was arrested for drug possession after a large, unspecified amount of methamphetamine was seized.
A search warrant was executed in a room at the Northern Lights Casino Hotel, where another amount of methamphetamine was seized.
Forty-seven-year-old Sherrie Smetana of St. Cloud was arrested for drug possession and child endangerment.
