Two St. Cloud girls were injured, one seriously, after an ATV crash on the Bull Moose Trail in rural Backus on Saturday.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says the 14-year-old driver of the ATV left the trail and struck a tree.
She was transported by helicopter to a St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
The passenger, a nine-year-old, was treated on the scene.
Investigators said neither of the girls was wearing helmets.
