Two injured in alcohol-related crash in Clearwater County

Two were injured in an alcohol-related crash in Clearwater County last night.

The state patrol says 34-year-old Gary Wind was under the influence of alcohol when he lost control of the vehicle he was driving.

The Chevy Cobalt was in the southbound lane of Lower Rice Lake Road when it entered the west ditch and rolled multiple times.

Wind was not injured but his two male passengers were, a 27-year-old and a 58-year-old. They were both treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Sanford Bagley.

No one in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt, according to the state patrol.

The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office, White Earth Police Department and Bagley Fire assisted at the scene.
