Two injured in Cass Lake motorcycle crash with deer

Two are recovering after a motorcycle crash near Cass Lake Monday.

According to the state patrol, 31-year-old Brandon Gregory of Bemidji was westbound on Highway 2 when his Yamaha motorcycle struck a deer. Gregory and his passenger, 36-year-old Amy Emond of Bemidji, were treated for their non-life threatening injuries at the Cass Lake hospital.

Both were wearing their helmets, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this crash.
