Two injured in Highway 2 crash

Two were injured in a crash just east of Wildwood Drive on Highway 2 yesterday.

According to the state patrol, 24-year-old Alonzo Yost of Cass Lake was driving a 2014 Ford Mustang westbound on Highway 2 when he lost control.

Roads were icy and snowy at the time, and the Mustang rolled and entered the meridian.

Two of Yost’s three passengers were treated for non-life threatening injuries at the Sanford Hospital in Bemidji.

It is not yet known if anyone was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
