Two patrons injured when car crashed through restaurant in Dorset

Two restaurant patrons were injured when a vehicle hit a building in Dorset.

The Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrived in late June at the Dorset House Restaurant where they met a 15-year-old teenage girl who hit the accelerator instead of the brake while trying to park.

Two patrons inside the restaurant had head, leg and neck injuries when the vehicle came through the wall they were sitting next to.

The pair were transported to St. Joseph’s in Park Rapids in a private vehicle.

The incident remains under investigation.
