Two seriously injured in crash near Hackensack

Two were seriously injured in a crash near Hackensack Sunday.

Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch reports that a Chevy Tahoe left the roadway just after 4:30 p.m. and struck trees in Birch Lake Township.

First responders found 61-year-old Joseph Manley, and his passenger, 61-year-old Wendy Manley, both of Hackensack, pinned inside the vehicle.

Both were transported by helicopter to a St. Cloud hospital for treatment of serious injuries. T

he crash remains under investigation.
