An 19-year-old Ada woman was killed Thursday night in a Polk County crash.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Jayden Anderson was driving a PT Cruiser in the southbound lane of Highway 75 when she crossed into the northbound lane, colliding head-on with an Isuzu Street Sweeper.
