Young child reunited with family after Clearwater County search

A young child was reunited with his family after being missing for four hours in Clearwater County Thursday.

The Sheriff’s Office says they received a call about a non-verbal five-year-old who was missing for an hour from about 8 miles south of Bagley.

Family, neighbors, the Volunteer Sheriff’s Reserve, Beltrami County K9 and White Earth Conservation Officers assisted the Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office with the three-hour search.

The boy was found unharmed by a Sheriff’s Reserve member.

The Clearwater County Sheriff’s Office thanks all who helped in the search.
