54 cases of COVID-19 in Minnesota

The Minnesota Department of Health reports there are now 54 cases of COVID-19 in the state, with almost 1900 tests given.

There are 19 new cases reported since yesterday. The cases are largely located in the Twin Cities metro area, with a few cases in Stearns County and a few cases in southern Minnesota.

The virus is now being spread in the state by person-to-person contact, rather than exposure through travel.
