A three-year-old girl was flown to Fargo after a dog bite Saturday in Cass Lake.
\Beltrami County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Jarrett Walton reports that the child and her mother were in their yard playing when the dog came into the yard and attacked the girl.
She was transported to Cass Lake IHS by Leech Lake Ambulance before being later flown to Fargo for further treatment of severe injuries.
Leech Lake Police Officers and a Beltrami deputy located the dog, which was taken into custody by Leech Lake Animal Control with a disposition pending.
