SUNDAY, JULY 5
Disturbing the Peace, 8:42 p.m.
Caller reported a noise complaint. Officers spoke to an adult female and and adult male on the 800 block of Park Ave. NW and advised them to stop yelling.
Assist, 5:36 p.m.
Motorist assist on the 200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Driver stopped in traffic to take photos of landmarks. Verbal warning for impeding traffic.
Theft, 1:11 p.m.
Dewalt impact driver and Samsung smart watch stolen from parked car on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. SE.
Assault, 12:01 p.m.
Fight at Walmart. Subjects located.
Welfare Check, 9:56 a.m.
Welfare check on child in field on Hannah Ave. and 34th St. NW. Child was supervised by an adult. Unfounded.
Disorderly Conduct, 9:21 a.m.
Report of possible theft on the 300 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Suspect arrested for outstanding warrant.
Fire, 1:20 a.m.
Officer responded to a garbage can that caught fire on the 1600 block of 3rd St. SE. Upon arrival, the garbage can was a complete loss and no fire hazard was present.
Disorderly Conduct, 12:19 a.m.
Caller reported fireworks complaint on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Officer spoke to subject and advised the adult male of the ordinance violation.
SATURDAY, JULY 4
Disorderly Conduct, 11:46 p.m.
Verbal warning for fireworks after city ordinance on Bemidji Ave. N and 26th St. NW.
Disorderly Conduct, 11:34 p.m.
Officers observed a residence shooting fireworks on the 1400 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Verbal warning given.
Disorderly Conduct, 11:06 p.m.
Report of fireworks on 4th St. and Central Ave. SE. Renter given a verbal warning.
Animal, 10:25 p.m.
Found dog on the 6100 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Placed in impound.
Disorderly Conduct, 9:13 p.m.
Officer responded to a report of disorderly conduct on the 2900 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW. Subjects advised to stop yelling over fireworks.
Trespass, 8:08 p.m.
An adult male was arrested for trespass on the 600 block of 3rd St. NW.
Drugs, 4:38 p.m.
Responded to a 911 call- overdose medical on the 400 block of Mississippi Ave. NW. Search warrant executed.
Burglary, 11:42 a.m.
Intoxicated female broke into a residence on the 600 block of 18th St. NW.
FRIDAY, JULY 3
Weapons Offenses, 10:31 p.m.
Second hand complaint of a party with a firearm in a vehicle on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. No plates were provided. The described vehicle was not located.
Disorderly Conduct, 9:55 p.m.
Officer responded to a fireworks complaint on Park Ave. and 12th St. NW. Verbal warning given.
Suspicious, 8:52 p.m.
Caller reported someone swung a club at him on the 600 block of 3rd St. NW. Officers spoke to witnesses who contradicted the complainant’s statement.
THURSDAY, JULY 2
Disorderly Conduct, 10:25 p.m.
Report of fireworks at a residence on 12th St. and Park Ave. NW. Unable to locate them and the fireworks ceased.
Theft, 9:34 p.m.
Officer took a report of a stolen dog on the 900 block of 20th St. NW.
Weapons Offenses, 7:10 p.m.
Officer responded to a fireworks complaint on the 900 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Landowner was warned.
Animal, 12:32 p.m.
An officer responded to an animal cruelty complaint on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. An individual was verbally warned for leaving a dog in a hot vehicle.
Warrant, 12:16 p.m.
Warrant arrest on the 600 block of America Ave. NW. Subject brought to justice without incident.
Theft, 8:47 a.m.
Vehicle theft reported on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 1
Warrant, 11:21 p.m.
An individual was arrested on a warrant on the 2400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Disorderly Conduct, 10:06 p.m.
Officer took a report of individuals setting off fireworks. Officer was unable to locate any fireworks in the area of the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
Harassment, 8:40 a.m.
Complaint of subject watching and filming work crews on Gemmel Ave. SW. Complainant advised to ignore the subject.
Warrant, 2:31 a.m.
Adult male arrested on a local warrant.
