ITASCA COUNTY- The Cass Lake man charged in the death of his girlfriend’s four-year-old son in Inger remains jailed on two-million dollars bail.
The Itasca County Attorney’s Office says 28-year-old Kevin Jackson appeared in court yesterday for second-degree murder and the judge upheld his bail amount.
The boy’s mother told police at the time of the incident, she found her son on the couch, wrapped in blankets, and his lips were blue. Paramedics found the boy unresponsive and were unable to revive him.
Jackson’s next court hearing is October 7th in Grand Rapids.
