Bemidji elementary students will continue in-person learning

Bemidji Elementary and Pre School students will continue to use the in-person learning model after the holiday break.

“COVID-19 case numbers have begun trending downward and transmission has not been occurring within our elementary schools,” said Superintendent Tim Lutz in a release.

“As a result, ISD 31 has made the determination that we will remain in the In-Person model and will not be moving into Distance Learning for Pre-K and elementary schools at this time.”

Elementary and pre-K students will attend in-person classes next week through the 23rd, with the holiday break beginning Christmas Eve, and the return to classes on Monday, Jan. 4.
