ITASCA COUNTY- There was a motor vehicle accident in Itasca County late last night. The driver of the Pontiac was north-bound on Highway 38 when he passed out due to drug use.
The car crossed the centerline, went along the ditch, hit a retaining wall and rolled onto its roof. The driver was transported to the hospital for non life-threatening injuries. He is suspected of driving while impaired.
