The Bemidji City Council may take possible action on a PFAs lawsuit after a closed meeting Monday.
According to the special meeting agenda, the council will hold a closed meeting to discuss “threatened or pending litigation with regards to PFAs contamination at Airport.”
The closed portion of the meeting is anticipated to last one hour.
Following that, the council will hear an economic art impact study and a public arts annual report during a regular work session before adjourning for the evening.
