SUNDAY, OCT. 10
Drugs, 2:54 p.m.
Report of individuals huffing air duster on the 1200 block of 23rd St. NW. Contact was made and individuals received warning for actions.
SATURDAY, OCT. 9
Ordinance Violations, 4:59 p.m.
Verbal warning for burning garbage on the 1500 block of 4th St. SE.
911, 2:19 p.m.
911 caller requesting witness protection. Unable to call phone back, unable to locate caller on the 2500 block of Park Ave. NW.
Burglary, 11:29 a.m.
Reported on the 3200 block of Park Ave. NW.
Warrant, 11:08 a.m.
Officer assisted a male turning himself in on a felony DOC warrant. Male was arrested and walked to jail.
Sex Crimes, 2:39 a.m.
Officers received a report of a sexual assault on Bixby Ave. NE. Suspect taken into custody.
Assault, 2:03 a.m.
Anonymous report of a fight outside of a bar on the 300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Officers located an intoxicated female victim who was very uncooperative.
FRIDAY, OCT. 8
Welfare Check, 5:46 p.m.
Caller reported intoxicated adult female with several young children on the 3400 block of Laurel Dr. NW. Three children placed on protective holds.
Littering, 4:34 p.m.
Report of illegal dumping of tires on the 1100 block of Balsam Rd. NW.
Disorderly Conduct, 1:43 p.m.
Male arrested on warrants during a removal call on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Fraud, 1:20 p.m.
Report of possible fraudulent prescription on the 400 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Fraud did not occur. Two arrested.
Suspicious, 10:02 a.m.
Officers observed a male appearing to spray graffiti on a building on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Male was detained and officers determined he was painting a bicycle, not the building. Cleared.
Weapons Offenses, 7:21 a.m.
One arrested on the 2900 block of Ridgway Ave. NW.
Warrant, 2:23 a.m.
Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle on the 1000 block of 30th St. NW. Adult female placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant.
THURSDAY, OCT. 7
DWI, 7:15 p.m.
Traffic stop on 26th St. NW. Driver arrested for DWI, passenger arrested on warrants.
Fire, 12:41 p.m.
Officer warned resident that she could not burn clothing on the 200 block of Mississippi Ave. SW.
Suspicious, 10:01 a.m.
Report of a suspicious male looking into open windows on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Unable to locate.
Suspicious, 2:47 a.m.
Adult male arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 9:07 p.m.
Loud sound like gunshots reported on Roosevelt Rd. and Tawanaville Ln. SE in Cass Lake. Separate caller identified sound as a backfiring vehicle. No action needed.
Fire, 12:45 p.m.
Report of an electrical fire at Frenzel Fertilizer in Blackduck. Moderate damage to wall and building. No fertilizer ignited.
Property Damage, 10:12 a.m.
Deputy advised of stolen/damaged lights at a residence on the 13800 block of Baywood Dr. NE.

Burglary, 5:54 p.m.
Residential burglary reported on the 1200 block of Little Norway Ave. SE.
Suspicious, 4:37 p.m.
Adult male walking on Highway 72. Reporting party was concerned. Subject said he was walking to Canada. Refused ride. Deputy informed subject he would need a passport to get across the border.

Warrant, 7:03 p.m.
Male arrested for warrant on the 29300 block of Highway 2.
Theft, 6:31 p.m.
Report of vehicle theft on the 600 block of Nordic Ave. NW.
Burglary, 4:50 p.m.
Residential burglary reported on the 22300 block of Williams Rd. SE in Cass Lake.
Assault, 9:47 a.m.
Domestic dispute involving multiple assaults, damage to property and theft on Mission Rd. SE in Cass Lake. One arrested.

Information received about a person yelling on the 5800 block of Annalee Ln. NW.
Suspicious, 6:47 p.m.
Unreported stolen vehicle recovered at Jones Townhall Rd. and Sand Valley Rd. SW in Solway.
Assault, 6:11 p.m.
Report of a domestic assault in Wilton. Adult male arrested on multiple felony charges.
Medical, 3:31 p.m.
Report of possible overdose on Theater Ln. NW. Adult female transported by EMS.

Deputies advised of a DANCO violation in Cass Lake. Adult male arrested for violation.
DWI, 10:21 a.m.
Three adults arrested on multiple offenses and warrants on Roosevelt Rd. and Sunnyside Rd. SE.
DWI, 2:47 a.m.
Traffic stop on Daredevil Dr. and Power Dam Rd. NE. One male arrested for DWI, fifth-degree drugs, false name, and felony warrant.
