Beltrami County Public Health, as of Thursday afternoon, is monitoring 357 active cases of COVID-19.
According to their weekly update, there have been 521 new cases reported in the last 14 days. Twelve Beltrami County residents are hospitalized for COVID-19.
There have been over 6,200 COVID cases to date in the county and 76 deaths.
Of all the 2,919 COVID cases reported by MDH Thursday, 51 were in Beltrami County, 24 were in Cass County, eight were in Clearwater County, and nine were in Hubbard County.
MDH reported 25 new COVID deaths Thursday. One of those deaths was a Cass County resident in their early 60s.
MDH reported 3,352 new COVID cases Friday and 28 new COVID deaths.
Of all cases reported Friday, 61 were in Beltrami County, 51 were in Cass County, nine were in Clearwater County, and 22 were in Hubbard County.
