BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Security Check, 9:06 p.m.

Extra patrol request on Minnesota Ave. NW in the residential area due to an increase in thefts.

Property Damage, 5:58 p.m.

Caller reported her vehicle was damaged on the 1100 block of 1st St. E. Male and female were arrested.

Financial Crimes, 4:21 p.m.

Subject attempting to pass forged check at a bank on the 1600 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Subject located and arrested.

Theft, 1:42 p.m.

Theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked at Home Depot.

Assist, 12:39 p.m.

Officer assisted a male party with a civil matter regarding a gas drive-off in his stolen car. No further assistance was needed.

Burglary, 10:51 a.m.

Reported on the 900 block of 30th St. NW.

Theft, 7:43 a.m.

Theft of snow boots reported on the 800 block of America Ave. NW.

DWI, 12:01 a.m.

Traffic stop on Paul Bunyan Dr. and Hannah Ave. NW. Driver arrested.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Accident, 3:08 p.m.

Reported on the 12200 block of Co. Rd. 15 in Northome.
