BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, DEC. 5
Accident, 12:34 p.m.
Vehicle accident on Lakewood Dr. and Irvine Ave. NW.
Accident, 11:43 a.m.
Officer responded to a two-vehicle accident on Power Dam Rd. and Lake Ave. NE.
Welfare Check, 3:10 a.m.
Caller requested welfare check on female screaming inside her residence on 20th St. NW. Female was alone, no signs of assault/struggle, declined EMS, stated she was having a panic attack.
Burglary, 2:35 a.m.
Officers responded to an alarm on the 400 block of 14th St. NE. Adult male placed under arrest for multiple charges.
SATURDAY, DEC. 4
Accident, 7:45 p.m.
Caller reported hit-and-run on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW.
DWI, 4:25 p.m.
A two-vehicle accident on the 200 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. One driver arrested for third-degree DWI.
Missing Person, 3:56 p.m.
Officers responded to a missing persons complaint at the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Upon arrival, the female was located and had more shopping to do. Nothing was needed.
Medical, 1:29 p.m.
Medical on the 300 block of 8th St. NW. Drug overdose. Patient transported to Bemidji Hospital.
Violations/Court Orders, 11:45 a.m.
Male subject arrested on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW for violating a court order.
Welfare Check, 3:14 a.m.
Welfare check on female screaming in the street on the 500 block of America Ave. NW. Subject had been kicked out of a homeless shelter for disorderly conduct and had nowhere to go. Subject was allowed to rest in the lobby.
FRIDAY, DEC. 3
DWI, 4:28 p.m.
Driver arrested for DWI on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Theft, 11:13 a.m.
Theft from motor vehicle reported on the 1500 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.
Medical, 3:17 a.m.
Officers responded to the report of a male subject having a possible overdose on the 100 block of 12th St. NW. Male subject was transported by EMS to the hospital.

SUNDAY, DEC. 5
Warrant, 11:03 p.m.
Male arrested on an outstanding warrant on Highway 2 and Clearline Rd. NW in Solway.
Accident, 5:52 p.m.
Two-vehicle crash on the 22800 block of Highway 71 in Hines. One adult male pronounced dead at the scene.
SATURDAY, DEC. 4
Fire, 10:12 p.m.
Itasca County requested assistance with a fire on the 71500 block of C. Rd. 13 in Blackduck.
Warrant, 8:54 p.m.
Female arrested by Hubbard County on the 50900 block of 279th Ave.
Property, 7:47 p.m.
Firearm lost down fish hole on Red Lake.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 2:52 p.m.
Adult male arrested for DWI and reckless driving on the 100 block of Dudrey St. NW in Tenstrike.
911, 7:48 a.m.
911 call from a hosuehold landline in Tenstrike. Attempted to call back resulted in busy signal. Resident contacted by cell phone and reported that he does not have a telephone connected in the home anymore. That’s kinda spooky.

State patrol arrest on Highway 71 and Hines Rd. NE in Tenstrike.
Agency Assist, 12:51 a.m.
DWI investigation after a crash on the 200 block of Anne St. NW.
FRIDAY, DEC. 3
Traffic Stop, 4:28 p.m.
Traffic stop on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Adult male arrested by BPD.
DWI, 3:34 a.m.
Deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle on the 100 block of Carr Lake Rd. SW. Male arrested for second-degree DWI, fifth-degree drugs and DAR.
Fire, 3:24 a.m.
Fire investigation on the 400 block of Main St. E in Tenstrike.
