Suspicious, 10:07 p.m.
Officers responded to a loud vehicle complaint. They found a vehicle stuck in the shoulder of the road, attempted to be pulled out by another. A driver was cited and 21-year-old Marissa Wakonabo was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Harassment, 9:16 p.m.
Report of individuals calling store clerk racist after store clerks offered them customer service. The suspects told the manager they would wait for her after work. Officers stood by at closing and did not encounter individuals.
Assault, 6:47 p.m.
Report of a juvenile fight at the skate park.
Ordinance Violations 1:11 p.m.
One 55-year-old man was cited for consuming in public.
Assault, 10:42 a.m.
Assault in jail, referred to City Attorney.
Dead Body, 8:15 a.m.
Elderly male found deceased in his bed.
Traffic Stop, 2:38 a.m.
One 26-year-old male arrested for second degree DWI, a gross misdemeanor.
Medical, 12:48 a.m.
Friends attempting to help an intoxicated male get home on foot. Male was transported by EMS.
SATURDAY 10/19
Traffic Stop, 11:42 p.m.
Brandon Braasch, 34, arrested on a warrant.
Suspicious, 11:22 p.m.
Complaint of yelling heard in the area. Residents were having a campfire and no emergencies located.
Missing Person, 9:55 p.m.
Missing children reported. Children were found by parents.
Assault, 9:29 p.m.
Responded to a call of a physical domestic. Suspect left the area prior to officers’ arrival. Charges forwarded to the city attorney.
Suspicious, 8:23 p.m.
Complaint of a male loitering and looking in vehicles. Male was located and identified, denied any actions. No criminal act reported and no further action.
Welfare Check, 6:02 p.m.
Report of suspicious individuals in a residence. One, 36-year-old Derek Strong, was arrested on a warrant.
Harassment, 3:49 p.m.
Spoke with four children in the area and asked them not to knock on their neighbor’s windows and doors.
Property Damage, 1:05 p.m.
Kid shooting projectiles from slingshot at traffic and hit a car.
Missing Person, 10:40 a.m.
Eight-year-old boy located and stated he was lost. He was escorted home.
DWI, 2:28 a.m.
Adult 23-year-old male arrested for DWI.
Suspicious, 1:01 a.m.
Checked on two subjects in the cemetery determined to be sweeping off grave site.
FRIDAY, 10/18
Disorderly Conduct, 9:41 p.m.
Officer located source of fireworks complaint. No one would answer the door and the fireworks stopped.
Dangerous Hazards, 6:54 p.m.
Vehicle lost propane tanks in the roadway but was able to get them loaded back into vehicle as officer arrived. No action taken.
Warrant, 3:19 p.m.
Officers assisted off-duty deputy with a traffic stop. Three males, 30-year-old Derrick Carrier, 27-year-old Jordan Bush, and 27-year-old Clyde Reyes, taken into custody on warrants without issue.
Assist, 11:43 a.m.
Adult male, 37-year-old Ryan Williams, arrested for MN DOC hold and warrant.
Vehicle Complaints, 8:30 a.m.
Report of vehicle driving through yard at night. Extra patrol requested.

Report of gunshots nearby. Unable to locate the source.

One 40-year-old man arrested for domestic assault.
Assault, 3:56 p.m.
Report of an assault on a minor female.
Weapons Offenses, 2:14 p.m.
Deputy spoke with homeowner about neighbors shooting.
Animal, 9:14 a.m.
Male hit a bobcat. Handled by Minnesota State Patrol.
Traffic Stop, 4:52 a.m.
Occupied parked vehicle. One female arrested for her warrant and false name.

Animal, 3:11 p.m.
Deputy attempted to contact complainant in regards to a missing horse. Deputy left a message but received no call back.
Weapons Offenses, 12:25 p.m.
Unable to locate people shooting in Eckles Township.
FRIDAY, 10/18
Fire, 8:18 p.m.
Report of fire, found to be a controlled burn.
Fire, 5:32 p.m.
Deputies responded to a possible fire. The fire was an outdoor woodstove operating correctly.
Animal, 5:24 p.m.
Nuisance bear issue, referred to the DNR.
Animal, 12:45 p.m.
Dangerous dog that charged deputy. Was dispatched.
Dead Body, 7:17 a.m.
Reported unresponsive 24-year-old female. CPR was in progress and the female had medical history. Death is under investigation, but not believed to be suspicious.
DWI, 2:23 a.m.
Driver, 23-year-old female, arrested for DWI.
