A mobile home fire killed one in Bena early Sunday morning.
Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch reports that his office received the call just after midnight Sunday for a mobile home fire in rural Bena.
After the fire was extinguished, a victim was found.
No further details on the identity of the victim were provided, pending an autopsy with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The Leech Lake Tribal Police Department, Federal Dam Fire Department, Cass Lake Fire Department and the Deer River ambulance assisted at the scene.
