The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Tuesday, April 5.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Welfare Check, 7:38 p.m.

Officer responded to a welfare check on 4th St. and Beltrami Ave. NW. The intoxicated adult male stated he fell earlier, and requested an ambulance for back pain. He was transported to the hospital.

Warrant, 6:31 p.m.

Officer responded to a report of a subject with a warrant on the 2500 block of Hannah Ave. NW. Adult male arrested.

Violations/Court Orders, 6:06 p.m.

Adult male arrested for violating domestic abuse no-contact order on Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

Disorderly Conduct, 5:30 p.m.

Officer responded to a removal on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW. One male arrested for disorderly conduct on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW.

Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 1:14 p.m.

Possible reckless driver on Lake Blvd. NE. Driver ended up being lost and officer provided directions.

Assist, 9:19 a.m.

Officer assisted Beltrami County Adult Probation with taking one adult female into custody for a probation violation.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Accident, 10:21 a.m.

Vehicle accident on Highway 89 NW. State Patrol investigated.
