The Joint Planning Board issued an update in the city’s weekly newsletter.
The JPB is currently housed across Bemidji Fire Station 1 in the Widseth, Smith & Nolting building.
Some commercial building projects expected to be completed this summer include the Division Street Dollar General and the Boardwalk golf course on South Shore.
The Sanford Behavioral Health project is also near completion.
Outside work on the long-awaited Pizza Ranch on Paul Bunyan Drive is expected to begin later this summer.
Among significant enforcement actions, JPB staff is working with state agencies that have jurisdiction over Mobile Home Parks.
A resolution around enforcement and violations at mobile home parks is expected to be brought before the Joint Planning Board this month.
