Lola Bucio will share her recipe for Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers with ground beef. The meal is also vegetarian-adaptable.
Lola is a new instructor for Harmony Food Coop’s Education Program. The class will be Friday, Nov. 11, at 5:30 p.m. in the Harmony Community Kitchen. Admission is $15 and all materials will be provided. Registration is required, and can be done in-store or online.
