MONDAY, SEPT. 19
Theft, 9:01 p.m.
Theft from a vehicle on the 1400 block of 30th St. NW.
Animal, 7:09 p.m.
Bear running in town at local park on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Bear was not an issue.
Ordinance Violations, 5:37 p.m.
Caller reporting neighbor’s poor property maintenance on the 600 block of 3rd St. NW.
Animal, 1:16 p.m.
Officer dispatched a deer on Lilac St. and Irvine Ave. NW that had two broken legs.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 18
Assault, 11:22 p.m.
Officers responded to a fight on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW. Two subjects identified.
Suspicious, 7:58 p.m.
Caller reported returning home to find blood on her sidewalk. Officers followed blood to another residence and talked to a male who is in a wheelchair, who cut his toe unknowingly while delivering apples to his neighbors on Whispering Meadows Ct. NW.
Agency Assist, 7:21 p.m.
Vehicle complaint with parties drinking in a vehicle on Highway 2 and Clearline Rd. NW. Eighteen-year-old driver arrested and cited.
Assault, 7:01 p.m.
Officers responded to the report of a fight in progress on the 10200 block of Birchmont Dr. NE. Adult male placed under arrest.
Assault, 5:46 p.m.
Report of an assault on Park Ave. NW. Protective hold placed and charges referred. Juvenile arrested.
Burglary, 10:09 a.m.
Reported on the 1400 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.
DWI, 4:47 a.m.
Traffic stop on Bemidji Ave. and 11th St. NE. Adult female placed under arrest for false name and DWI.
Civil, 3:20 a.m.
One arrested and cited on the 2500 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Welfare Check, 11:10 p.m.
Welfare check on Calihan Ave. and 15th St. NE. One arrested.
Warrant, 5:52 p.m.
Male arrested on warrant on the 100 block of Pine Crest Ct. NW.
Traffic Stop, 5:31 p.m.
Traffic stop on 15th St. and Northern Cedar Ave. NW. One cited, one arrested.

Traffic stop on the 400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Driver arrested on a warrant.

Foot patrol in Ridgeway complex on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW led to the recovery of stolen property.

Suspicious, 11:23 p.m.
Suspicious activity of two people carrying a traffic cone on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. Admitted the cone wasn’t theirs and they were advised to put it back.
Theft, 4:27 p.m.
Theft from fish house on the 600 block of 4th St. NW.
Welfare Check, 3:15 p.m.
Caller upset that boyfriend is in jail. Advised to make contact with county attorney regarding charges.

Report of a subject with a local warrant on the 600 block of America Ave. NW. Subject arrested.
Fire, 1:26 p.m.
Reported on the 1400 block of Bixby Ave. NE.

Deputy advised of a hit and run on the 16300 block of Andrusia Rd. NE in Cass Lake.
DWI, 5:33 p.m.
Adult arrested for DWI on Mission Rd. and Power Dam Rd. NE in Cass Lake.

Deputies responded to a burglary on the 3400 block of Division St. W.

Vehicle located and driver arrested by BPD officer on Highway 2 and Clearline Rd. NW in Solway.
ATV, 1:18 p.m.
Written warning issued for youthful passenger not wearing helmet and no headlights when required on the Old Fosston Trail.

Deputies responded to the area of the 300 block of Meadow Ct. NE on report of gunshots. Unable to locate.
Assault, 8:56 a.m.
Adult male arrested for multiple charges on Roosevelt Rd. SE.
Assist, 4:04 a.m.
Deputies checked an area on the 29000 block of Irvine Ave. NW in Puposky for a vehicle of an assault suspect from Red Lake. Unable to locate.
DWI, 1:24 a.m.
Male party cited for fourth-degree DWI on Jacks Rd. and Cardinal Rd. NW. Arrested and released.

Weapons Offenses, 9:02 p.m.
Single report of multiple gunshots on the 600 block of Spirit Lake Rd. NE. Unable to locate.
Family matter-non criminal, 4:44 p.m.
Deputies spoke with juveniles on Little Norway Ave. SE in regards to the dangers of fire.
Animal, 1:20 p.m.
Deputies advised of phone call regarding a deer on the 1300 block of Scenic Highway SE in Pennington. Spoke with caller, advised to contact DNR if poaching is suspected.
