The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Tuesday, Nov. 29.
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
DWI, 10:51 p.m.
Traffic stop on 5th St. and Irvine Ave. NW. Adult male arrested for DWI.
Welfare Check, 9:23 p.m.
Welfare check requested for a male hearing strange noises coming from electronics and mechanical appliances. Male was found on the 600 block of America Ave. NW safe and not in any danger whatsoever.
Theft, 6:14 p.m.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of Middle School Dr. NW on a report of a theft from a school. Officers are investigating the incident.
Weapons Offenses, 3:48 p.m.
Reported on the 800 block of 26th St. NW.
Assist, 2:10 p.m.
Officer took a report of a possible stolen vehicle on the 1100 block of America Ave. NW. Upon arrival to the residence the vehicle was in the driveway.
Accident, 2:23 p.m.
Two-vehicle accident on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. One driver arrested for canceled license-IPS.
Theft, 12:44 p.m.
Theft of rare coins and Delta 8 THC from a room in a shared residence reported on the 300 block of 23rd St. NE.
Disorderly Conduct, 7:28 a.m.
Individuals removed from a stairwell that were loitering in an apartment that they did not reside in on the 900 block of 30th St. NW.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 3:28 p.m.
Deputies advised of a reckless vehicle on Highway 89 and Nebish Rd. NE. Adult male arrested for multiple charges. Adult female arrested for outstanding warrant.
911, 3:17 p.m.
Minor car accident on higgins Rd. NE in Puposky. Driver arrested by Red Lake PD for DWI.
