St. Cloud man facing three counts of criminal sexual conduct in Hubbard County

A St. Cloud man is facing several counts of criminal sexual conduct in Hubbard County.

According to the criminal complaint obtained this week, the crime reported in September 2021 occurred in September 2019 when the child was younger than 13.

The victim lives with both parents, who had hosted a party.

Fifty-four-year-old David Studanski is accused of forcing the child to engage in inappropriate touching over four different incidents, once after a motorcycle ride and the other three when Studanski entered the girl’s bedroom during the night.

Studanski is facing three second-degree sexual conduct charges and was previously convicted of two counts of first-degree sexual conduct charges in 2014.

Under the conditions of his probation, he is not permitted to drink alcohol or be around minor females.

Studanski made his last court appearance yesterday and the case is scheduled to go to a jury trial in April.
