A Cass Lake man is facing one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The criminal complaint alleges that 18-year-old Binayshee Johnson engaged in sexual assault against a four-year-old boy.

Law enforcement began investigating the matter on Jan. 31, with the assault believed to have taken place just days prior.
Johnson made his first court appearance last week with unconditional bail set at $75,000.
Johson will make his next court appearance on Feb. 13.
