The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to from Tuesday, May 10, through Wednesday, May 11.
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
WEDNESDAY, MAY 11
Assist, 9:56 p.m.
Individual requested a search of her house on the 900 block of 30th St. NW. Officers searched the house.
Theft, 7:52 p.m.
Theft of license plate reported on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Disorderly Conduct, 7:45 p.m.
Report of disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of Bemidji Ave. N. One removed.
Assault, 7:40 p.m.
Officers responded to the report of possible assault on Mississippi Ave. SW. Male individual was placed under arrest for DANCO violation.
Animal, 1:40 p.m.
Mail carrier bitten by a dog on the 1300 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
DWI, 2:05 a.m.
Traffic stop on Minnesota Ave. and 8th St. NW. Driver arrested.
Suspicious, 12:25 a.m.
Officer responded to a suspicious person on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. One arrested for a local warrant.
TUESDAY, MAY 10
911, 10:03 p.m.
Officer responded to a 911 hang-up from a habitual 911 caller on the 1800 block of Northern Cedar Ave. NW. No contact was made with the caller at this time.
911, 9:02 p.m.
Five 911 misdials on the 2400 block of Middle School Rd. NW. Caller’s phone is severely damaged and calls on its own. Caller agreed to turn it off when not in use.
Trespass, 8:37 p.m.
Officers responded to two individuals trespassing on private property on the 600 block of 21st St. NW. Male cited and female arrested on a warrant.
Medical, 4:51 p.m.
Officers responded to an overdose on the 1100 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Male party was transported via ambulance.
Theft, 8:45 a.m.
Officer took a theft of a motor vehicle report on the 1000 block of 30th St. NW. Red Lake confirmed the vehicle was on the reservation with a female arrested.
Welfare Check, 8:22 a.m.
Assist and advise on the 900 block of 30th St. NW. Reporting party was under the influence and was talking about numerous different subjects. No criminal activity.
DWI, 2:27 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 100 block of Convenience Ln. SW. Driver arrested.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 11
Assault, 9:01 p.m.
Report of suicidal male in Solway. Male was arrested for interfering with a 911 call.
Burglary, 6:56 p.m.
Residential burglary reported on the 18100 block of Gull Lake Loop Rd. NE.
Property Damage, 12:29 p.m.
Likely burglary foiled by wireless cameras on the 13500 block of Thoren Dr. NW in Solway.

Welfare Check, 7:18 p.m.
Welfare check on Wilton Hill Rd. NW. Male arrested for domestic assault.
Burglary, 2:22 p.m.
Burglary by juvenile neighbor on the 2300 block of Royal Estates Rd. NE.
Assist, 9:10 a.m.
One arrested on Neilson Ave. SE.
Assist, 6:27 a.m.
Assist Red Lake PD with search and recovery on Battle River in Ponemah.
