The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Monday, May 10.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Suspicious, 10:39 p.m.

A caller reported an adult male sleeping on the roof outside a second-story apartment on the 500 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Officer provided a courtesy ride home.

Found, 8:01 p.m.

A caller reported a found handgun on Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Officer returned the handgun to the owner.

Theft, 7:34 p.m.

Catalytic converter theft reported on the 500 block of Justice Rd. NW.

Assist, 6:31 p.m.

The caller believed someone was following her. Officer escorted her home.

Assault, 4:15 a.m.

Domestic assault reported on 20th St. NW. The suspect male fled on foot before the officer’s arrival.

Assault, 1:15 a.m.

Report of a fight outside of a bar on the 100 block of 3rd St. NW. One male was transported to the ER by Bemidji EMS.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Theft, 10:29 a.m.

Deputies responded to a burglary complaint on the 700 block of Carr Lake Rd. SW. It was found that the place of occurrence was in city limits. No action taken by deputies.

Hazards (dangerous), 8:55 a.m.

Carbon monoxide issue on the 42200 block of Waldo Rd. NE in Kelliher. Handled by Kelliher Fire Department prior to Deputy’s arrival.

DWI, 3:44 a.m.

Two males arrested for drug DWI and driving after revocation on the 100 block of Convenience Ln. SW.
