The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Thursday, June 15.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Suspicious, 11:58 p.m.

Suspicious male on a bike on the 200 block of Mississippi Ave. SW. No issues.

Disturbing the Peace, 11:11 p.m.

Report of kids playing basketball on the 1100 block of Mississippi Ave. NW. Male was advised of park hours and left.

Suspicious, 7:40 p.m.

Two individuals in a porta-potty on 10th St. and Mississippi Ave. NW. Male and female asked to leave.

Assist, 6:01 p.m.

A male was arrested for an HRO violation on 21st St. NW.

Sex Crimes, 1:14 p.m.

Inmate sent letter to detective to report a sexual assault prior to his arrest.

Fire, 12:25 p.m.

Small fire at local laundromat on the 200 block of 4th St. NW quickly handled by Bemidji Fire Department.

Welfare Check, 2:18 a.m.

Welfare check on three juveniles possibly consuming alcohol at a residence on 26th St. NW. Officer checked on juveniles and they were sleeping.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Warrant, 10:12 a.m.

Subject arrested at his residence for a local warrant on the 2600 block of Becida Rd. SW.
