The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Tuesday, Jan. 5.
BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Trespass, 8:43 p.m.
Officer responded to trespassing on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW. Male arrested.
Burglary, 4:38 p.m.
Officers responded to a potential burglary on the 900 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.
Theft, 1:53 p.m.
Package was stolen from residence on the 200 block of 9th St. NW.
Accident, 6:30 a.m.
Subject hit a doe causing minor damage to front passenger side bumper area. A buck that was chasing the doe then hit the driver’s side back quarter panel, causing minor damage with fur visible around the rim and the tire.
Pursuit, 1:13 a.m.
Vehicle pursuit on Wood Ave. and 4th St. SE, driver arrested on several charges.
BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
911, 9:51 p.m.
911 hang up on Dickinson Drive. Female was intoxicated and dialed 911 while trying to take a selfie.
Violations/Court Orders, 7:52 p.m.
Female arrested for OFP and cancelled-IPS on the 9300 block of N. Grace Lake Rd. SE.
DWI, 3:53 a.m.
Male arrested on Old Long Lake Rd. and Highway 89 for DUI and drug possession.
Agency Assist, 1:13 a.m.
Vehicle pursuit by Bemidji PD ending on Roosevelt Rd. south of Mission Rd. One female in custody.
