The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, Aug. 25.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Public Relations, 11:39 p.m.

Officers arrested an adult male for outstanding warrant during a foot patrol of the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Assist, 9:34 p.m.

Officers spoke with a party reporting a possible vehicle theft on 3rd St. and Beltrami Ave. NW. It was determined the owner had misplaced his vehicle.

Burglary, 3:06 p.m.

An officer took a burglary report on the 700 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

Theft, 11:14 a.m.

Theft from a boat that was parked near a residence on the 2800 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Accident, 10:30 a.m.

An officer responded to a hit-and-run crash on the 1300 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Fire, 8:41 p.m.

DNR advised of a recreational fire on the 11400 block of Jackpine Rd. NW. Fire put out by the homeowner.

Fire, 8:25 p.m.

House fire reported on the 1200 block of Miles Ave. SE. Structure was a total loss. No reported injuries.

Traffic Stop, 6:58 p.m.

Traffic stop on Cap Endres Rd. and Power Dam Rd. NE in Cass Lake. Male arrested for an outstanding warrant and drug possession.

Theft, 8:53 a.m.

Deputy advised of a theft of a trolling motor on the 600 block of Wild Cherry Dr. NE in Cass Lake.

Accident, 5:38 a.m.

Truck struck male riding a bicycle in Bemidji. Victim deceased.
