The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, June 21.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Animal, 10:15 p.m.

An officer responded to the 1400 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE. for a barking dog complaint. A renter agreed to bring the dog in for the night.

Theft, 6:37 p.m.

Theft from a motor vehicle on the 5300 block of Elliot Rd. NE.

Family Matter-Non Criminal, 12:18 p.m.

Officer assisted a family with a son who has a degenerative brain disease. The son was calmed and resources provided.

Accident, 11:30 a.m.

Officer responded to a four-vehicle accident on the 1200 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. One injury.

Assist, 12:15 a.m.

Officer spoke with a female about her landlord spying on her on Roman Dr. NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Suspicious, 10:49 p.m.

Report of someone knocking on a door on Canary Dr. SE. Was a neighbor playing ding dong ditch. No assistance requested by caller.

911, 6:21 p.m.

911 hang-up near Bemidji. Occurred while fishing. No assistance requested.

Assist, 4:52 p.m.

Assist other agency with arrest on Lumberjack Rd. NW in Puposky.

911, 4:43 p.m.

911 misdial while entering passcode on phone in Kelliher. No assistance needed.
