The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to on Wednesday, May 26.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Warrant, 9:28 p.m.

Officer was dispatched to the LEC for a warrant arrest. Subject was arrested and transported to jail.

Assist, 8:21 p.m.

Officer responded to the report of an uncased firearm in a vehicle on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. No violation.

Fire, 7:30 p.m.

Reported on the 1100 block of 3rd St. SE.

Burglary, 6:39 p.m.

Reported on the 400 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.

Weapons Offenses, 5:00 p.m.

Reported on the 1900 block of Lake Ave. NE.

Hazards (dangerous), 4:27 p.m.

Report of protesters in the roadway in front of Paul and Babe. The report was unfounded as no one was in the street.

Assault, 12:26 p.m.

Male was arrested for assault on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW.

Disorderly Conduct, 8:37 a.m.

One arrested and cited on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Assist, 8:26 p.m.

Deputy came across a delivery driver who had run out of fuel on Division St. and Stone Lake Rd. NW. Deputy helped the worker deliver the food to the customer.

Traffic Stop, 10:03 a.m.

Traffic stop at Roosevelt Rd. and Stoner Ave. SE. One arrested for a warrant.
