BEMIDJI- The Bemidji City Council met last night for a regular meeting, followed by a short closed session.
At the beginning of the regular meeting, two new police officers were inducted into the Bemidji Police Force: Joshua Wicker and Adam Bergerton.
After the induction ceremony, the council went on to discuss the evacuation plans for Skyline Village Manufactured Home Park.
The council agreed that the plan needs adjustment, and moved not to pass the current plan. They will be passing along their suggestions to Skyline Village for readjustment of the proposal.
The closed session was adjourned early and is scheduled to reconvene next week.
