Bemidji man injured in crash

A Bemidji man was injured after a crash near Bemidji Sunday evening.

The state patrol says 20-year-old Evan Frenzel was northbound on Highway 71 when he lost control of the Buick Century and entered the median.

Frenzel was transported to the emergency room at Sanford Bemidji for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this crash.

The Bemidji Police Department and Bemidji Ambulance assisted at the scene.
