The Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department is seeking input from the entire community about the future of the city’s parks and trails system.
“We want to hear from you – from all members of our community – on what you think is important, what you value, and how we can best meet your needs,” said Marcia Larson, Director of Parks and Recreation.
“This is your park system, and our goal is to get widespread community input.”
The survey, available on the city’s website and also with paper copies at the Tourist Information Center and City Hall, includes three components: general community survey, an interactive mapping tool, and a survey specifically about a Cameron Park project.
Parks and Rec’s Strategic System Plan was last updated in 2011.
The survey will be available through April 4.
