Junior B Gauthier said they felt local races were very important this election year.

Student Senate members were on hand to assist students with getting registered to vote and preparing them for what they’ll see on the ballot.

Election Day is eleven days away on Tuesday, Nov. 8, with early absentee voting open through Nov. 7.
