The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to from Tuesday, Nov. 22, through Sunday, Nov. 27.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

SUNDAY, NOV. 27

Disorderly Conduct, 10:27 p.m.

Anonymous caller wanted the police to tell someone to “leave them alone.” Officers could not relay to subject who to leave alone because they were anonymous. No action taken.

Theft, 10:19 p.m.

Officers responded to the report of two shoplifters on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Both placed under arrest.

Theft, 9:21 p.m.

Officer took a vehicle theft report on the 3000 block of Goldencrest Ct. NW.

Alarm, 7:07 p.m.

Alarm activated by cat on the 600 block of America Ave. NW.

Welfare Check, 4:17 p.m.

Welfare check on adult male asking for hugs on the 400 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Male subject was advised to leave individuals alone.

DWI, 12:15 a.m.

Traffic stop on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Multiple arrested.

SATURDAY, NOV. 26

Pursuit, 10:29 p.m.

Officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a wrong way driver which ultimately led to a vehicle pursuit on 9th St. and Lake Blvd. NE.

Disorderly Conduct, 6:17 p.m.

Male subject attempting to gain entry to apartment complex on the 2900 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. Male subject left on foot when confronted.

Welfare Check, 5:21 p.m.

Intoxicated male walking in traffic on Norton Ave. and 23rd St. NW. Struck by vehicle, no damage to vehicle, no reported injuries to pedestrian. Male transported to ER for detox.

Suicide, 5:08 p.m.

Juvenile male transported to Bemidji Sanford after attempted suicide.

Warrant, 1:03 p.m.

Warrant arrest from foot patrol on the 1400 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

DWI, 1:39 a.m.

Traffic stop on the 600 block of Washington Ave. S. Adult female arrested for DWI.

DWI, 12:32 a.m.

Traffic stop on Irvine Ave. and 19th St. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.

DWI, 12:21 a.m.

Traffic stop on Paul Bunyan Dr. and Gemmell Ave. SW. One arrested for DWI.

FRIDAY, NOV. 25

Disorderly Conduct, 9:39 p.m.

Fireworks complaint on the 1700 block of S Lake Irving Dr. SW. Officers did not locate source of noise.

Disorderly Conduct, 7:42 p.m.

Fireworks complaint from the 600 block of Lake Ave. SE. Night We Light.

Disorderly Conduct, 7:40 p.m.

Officer responded to a fireworks complaint on the 1800 block of Northern Cedar Ave. NW. Fireworks were coming from the Night We Light fireworks show.

DWI, 6:11 p.m.

Male arrested for DWI on Beltrami Ave. and 5th St. NW.

Fire, 6:07 p.m.

Officer responded to the report of a fire alarm on the 900 block of 21st St. NW. It was determined alarm was set off by burnt food.

Parking, 6:05 p.m.

Complaint about vehicle towed for parade route on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Violations/Court Orders, 7:47 a.m.

Male arrested for violation of a court order on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

THURSDAY, NOV. 24

Welfare Check, 2:29 p.m.

Report of kids on the ice on the 300 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Kids provided a courtesy ride to their residence.

Animal, 11:57 a.m.

Officers removed dead squirrel from bird feeder on the 1400 block of Bixby Ave. NE. Time of death indicators led us to believe that he had ben there for at least 24 hours. No foul play suspected.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 23

Assist, 11:59 p.m.

Officer assisted state patrol on a traffic stop on Hannah Ave. and 28th St. NW.

Harassment, 8:50 p.m.

Male arrested for harassment on the 600 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.

Warrant, 5:26 p.m.

Warrant information on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW. Two arrested.

Welfare Check, 1:23 p.m.

Adult male arrested on an active warrant on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

TUESDAY, NOV. 22

Assault, 10:28 p.m.

Officers investigated a possible domestic on Spruce St. NW. Female arrested for multiple charges and multiple warrants.

Suicide, 9:55 p.m.

Officers responded to a suicidal male with a firearm on 28th St. NW. Male willingly went with EMS to hospital for help.

Fire, 7:52 p.m.

Reported on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

Suspicious, 5:59 p.m.

Complainant upset because people at a shelter on the 800 block of America Ave. NW are drunk. Referred to shelter management.

Family Matter-Non criminal, 5:46 p.m.

Officers responded to a call of an abandoned child left at Sanford Emergency Room.

Suspicious, 1:41 p.m.

Report of an individual brandishing a knife on 5th St. and Minnesota Ave. NW. Individual was spoken to and no knife located. Warned for disorderly behavior.

Disorderly Conduct, 8:57 a.m.

Assist White Earth Housing with the removal of clients from the Super 8 Motel. Subjects were given an hour to leave the rooms.

Traffic Stop, 2:49 a.m.

Traffic stop on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S. One arrested for DWI.

Suspicious, 12:15 a.m.

Campus security reporting male suspect tampering with parked cars on the 300 block of 23rd St. NE. Suspect located, arrested on warrant.

SUNDAY, NOV. 27

Accident, 8:50 p.m.

Report of a crash on Manor Ct. and Carr Lake Rd. SW resulting in DWI arrest.

911, 1:36 p.m.

Subject arrested for DANCO violation in Bemidji.

Suspicious, 12:30 a.m.

Report of non-custodial parent attempting to get children out of the house in the middle of the night in Blackduck.

SATURDAY, NOV. 26

Warrant, 11:13 a.m.

Deputy arrested an adult male on Highway 2 with an outstanding Beltrami County warrant.

FRIDAY, NOV. 25

Medical, 8:26 p.m.

Report of unresponsive male in Cass Lake, transported via ambulance to Cass Lake IHS.

Warrant, 4:49 p.m.

Transport party from Washington Ave. and N. Plantagenet Rd. SW to county jail for local warrant.

Property Damage, 12:11 p.m.

Felony criminal damage to property on the 4400 block of Eckles Rd. NW with three suspects identified.

THURSDAY, NOV. 24

Weapons Offenses, 8:45 p.m.

Report of one gunshot handled by LLTPD on the 13900 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE.

Fire, 7:21 p.m.

Report of possible fire in the trees on the 8500 block of Hillcrest Dr. NE. Slash pile on fire, contained.

Theft, 4:54 p.m.

Theft of a Native American Spirit House from a burial ground on the 1000 block of Porcupine Rd. SE in Cass Lake, on the Leech Lake Indian Reservation.

DWI, 2:42 p.m.

Subject arrested for DWI on Shorewood Ct. and Irvine Ave. NW.

Assault, 2:38 a.m.

Domestic assault on Carr Lake Rd. SW. One male arrested.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 23

Agency Assist, 11:59 p.m.

One arrested on Hannah Ave. and 28th St. NW.

Suicide, 10:09 p.m.

Suicide attempt in Bemidji.
