The following is a summary of incidents the Bemidji Police Department and the Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to from Friday, Feb. 4, through Sunday, Feb. 6.

BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT

SUNDAY, FEB. 6

Assist, 11:01 p.m.

Officer assisted MSP with a traffic stop on Scott Ave. and 5th St. SE. One arrested.

DWI, 6:42 p.m.

Traffic stop on Hiway Ave. and 30th St. NW. Driver arrested for DWI.

Theft, 5:20 p.m.

Theft of a vehicle reported on the 600 block of America Ave. NW.

Civil, 4:08 p.m.

Officer responded to the 900 block of Bemidji Ave. N for a removal. Subject arrested on a warrant and transported to Cass County.

Disorderly Conduct, 2:28 a.m.

Intoxicated male showed up at a friend’s apartment on the 1600 block of Bemidji Ave. N and overstayed his welcome. He left prior to officer arrival.

DWI, 1:31 a.m.

Traffic stop for dark window tint on Bemidji Ave. and 5th St. NW. Driver arrested.

SATURDAY, FEB. 5

Traffic Stop, 11:39 p.m.

Male individual placed under arrest for DWI on 30th St. and Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Agency Assist, 11:01 p.m.

Officers assisted MSP with a vehicle pursuit. One arrested on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

Medical, 8:05 p.m.

Medical on the 1300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Unknown type of overdose.

Assault, 8:00 p.m.

Male individual arrested for multiple offenses on the 700 block of 18th St. NW.

Property Damage, 3:40 p.m.

Report of people throwing snowballs or ice on the 300 block of Bemidji Ave. N. No damage to vehicle and no report necessary per caller.

Suspicious, 10:20 a.m.

Recovered a stolen vehicle on the 300 block of Park Ave. NW.

Accident, 10:17 a.m.

Vehicle accident on Paul Bunyan Dr. and Union St. SW. Driver arrested for DWI.

FRIDAY, FEB. 4

Theft, 10:52 p.m.

Theft of a vehicle reported on the 300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

Animal, 10:15 p.m.

Subject located five abandoned puppies in the Walmart parking lot. Puppies were secured in the animal pound.

Medical, 8:55 p.m.

Officer responded to a report of an overdose on the 1300 block of Beltrami Ave. NW. Individual was transported to the hospital.

Theft, 11:44 a.m.

Theft from vehicle reported on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.

Medical, 6:16 a.m.

Drug overdose on the 900 block of 30th St. NW. Patient transported to Sanford Hospital.

Traffic Stop, 12:10 a.m.

Female individual arrested for DWI on Conifer Ave. and Itasca Loop NW.

BELTRAMI COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SUNDAY, FEB. 6

Fire, 11:43 p.m.

Deputy checked on a brush pile near a business on the 4300 block of Northwood Rd. NW in Solway. It was all okay.

Assault, 12:21 p.m.

Deputy took a report of an assault on Roosevelt Rd. SE. One arrested.

Assist, 12:00 p.m.

One arrested on Highway 89 and Fourtown Rd. NW in Grygla.

DWI, 12:35 a.m.

Vehicle pulled over on the side of the road on Highway 71 and Morris Ave. NW in Blackduck. Female arrested for DWI investigation.

SATURDAY, FEB. 5

Pursuit, 11:01 p.m.

Deputy assisted state patrol with a pursuit on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.

DWI, 8:50 p.m.

Deputy checked on a vehicle stuck partially in the ditch on Adams Ave. and Big North Rd. NW. Male arrested for fourth-degree DWI.

DWI, 2:06 a.m.

Traffic stop on Harriet Ave. and Highway 2 in Solway. Female arrested for fourth-degree DWI and fifth-degree drugs.

FRIDAY, FEB. 4

Snowmobile, 5:25 p.m.

Snowmobile damaged a road sign on Bemidji Rd. and Wildwood Rd. NE.

Theft, 2:31 p.m.

Theft of a fish house on Lake Bemidji.
