BEMIDJI POLICE DEPARTMENT
SUNDAY, APRIL 11
Alarm, 4:44 p.m.
Officer responded to a commercial alarm on the 1500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Alarm was caused by a rock, however no damage and no suspects.
SATURDAY, APRIL 10
Disturbing the Peace, 11:41 p.m.
Caller reported noise complaint on the 1100 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Renter advised of disorderly house ordinance.
Welfare Check, 11:37 p.m.
Welfare check requested on an intoxicated male riding a bike on the 1800 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Gone on arrival.
Hazards (dangerous), 8:35 p.m.
Arcing power line on the 100 block of 29th St. NW. Power company notified.
Welfare Check, 8:27 p.m.
Welfare check requested on two small children on a sidewalk on Irvine Ave. and 5th St. NW. Parents came and collected them prior to Officer contact.
Welfare Check, 8:11 p.m.
Welfare check on unattended children on the 2200 block of Birchmont Dr. NE. Officers brought children home.
Animal, 4:10 p.m.
Officer responded to the 3100 block of Maple Leaf Ct. NW on report of an animal bite.
Theft, 3:13 p.m.
Possible theft of bike on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. S.
FRIDAY, APRIL 9
Theft, 11:27 p.m.
Officer responded to the report of a Chromebook taken from a vehicle on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
DWI, 10:18 p.m.
Officers called to possible domestic on Northern Cedar Ave. NW. Adult male arrested on warrant and new charges.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 8:09 p.m.
Individual called to report that he saw someone on his new security system attempting to get into his vehicle on the 1000 block of Bemidji Ave. N. Information only.
Suspicious, 1:06 p.m.
Suspicious male lurking around residence on the 600 block of 27th St. NW. Extra patrol requested for overnight hours.
Suspicious, 11:04 a.m.
Arrested one adult male on outstanding warrant without incident on the 100 block of 4th St. NW.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 10:54 a.m.
Officer checked the area of the 4100 block of Central Ave. SE. Vehicle was later located downtown and driver arrested.
Other, 7:03 a.m.
Subjects protesting and locked to gates on private property. Eleven arrested and cited.

Weapons Offenses, 6:27 p.m.
Shots being fired in Mission area in Cass Lake. One arrested on the 1500 block of Prince of Peace Ln. SE.
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 11:34 a.m.
Report of leaves on the roadway on N. Grace Lake Rd. SE creating a traffic hazard.
DWI, 1:39 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 400 block of Archery Rd. NW. Driver arrested for DWI. One other arrested, too.
SATURDAY, APRIL 10
Vehicle Calls/Complaints, 7:58 p.m.
Deputies assisted other agency with a pursuit that ended in Beltrami County. One arrested on Highway 2 and Clearline Rd. NW in Solway.
DWI, 7:56 p.m.
Traffic stop on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. Male party arrested for DWI.
DWI, 3:19 a.m.
Female arrested for 4th degree DWI, driving after revocation and giving a peace officer the false name of a real person on Highway 89 and Sweet Sap Rd.d NW.
DWI, 1:32 a.m.
Traffic stop on the 100 block of Convenience Ln. SW. Driver arrested for drug DWI and possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine, passenger arrested for felony warrant and 5th degree controlled substance possession.
FRIDAY, APRIL 9
Pursuit, 7:12 p.m.
Short vehicle pursuit on Irvine Ave. and Grange Rd. NW. Driver arrested for DWI, DAC-IPS, fleeing in vehicle and warrant.
DWI, 6:12 p.m.
Traffic stop on the 2100 block of Roosevelt Rd. SE. Driver arrested for drug DWI, possession of methamphetamine and fentanyl, and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety.
